Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Payments

IPC 2 BNS (Sole Proprietorship) operates the website www.ipc2bns.in, a free educational legal-reference platform. The only payments we currently accept are voluntary donations made in support of the platform. Donations are not a purchase of goods or services and do not entitle the donor to any product, deliverable, or membership.

2. Cancellations

A donation is processed instantly through our payment partner, Razorpay. Because there is no order to fulfil or service to deliver, a donation cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed. You may, of course, choose not to complete a payment before confirming it on the Razorpay window.

3. Refunds

As donations are voluntary contributions, they are generally non-refundable. However, we want every contribution to be intentional. We will consider a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same intended donation.
  • Incorrect amount — a clear, demonstrable error in the amount entered (for example an extra zero).
  • Unauthorised / fraudulent transaction — the payment was made without your consent.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with the Razorpay Payment ID, the date, and the amount. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank or card issuer's timelines. We do not charge any processing fee for an approved refund.

5. No Goods Shipped
